There were several requests on social media, eg:

The user would select a background, and then ask for a suggested text colors. The two forms of suggestion requested are:

suggest a hue based on color theory (e.g. complement, triad, etc)
suggest a contrasting color

The latter could either suggest black/white, or scale the lightness of a color until contrast is achieved.
