Error when try to open Tax Report (TH)

Steps to reproduce:
Set up new database with demo data for Thailand
after login change the company to Thailand company
go to Accounting->Reporting->Tax Report ,
if you can access Tax Report page goto Accounting->Reporting->Tax Report-> select Report: Tax Report (TH)

Current behavior:
User Error: Could not expand term if while evaluating formula OUTPUTTAX_TAX.balance - INPUTTAX_TAX if (OUTPUTTAX_TAX > INPUTTAX_TAX) else 0.balance

Expected behavior:
Tax Report should be displayed
