l10n_ch_reports: "Previous years' unallocated profit or loss" on "Balance Sheet (CH)" reports current year P&L

Steps to reproduce:

1. In accounting module (with Swiss localization ) record income for year -2, year -1, year.
2. Get the Balance Sheet (i.e. Balance Sheet (CH) from the "Reporting" menu.

Current behavior:
The "Balance Sheet (CH)" statement reports the current year P&L in the "Previous years' unallocated profit or loss" line.

"Previous years' unallocated profit or loss" line remains unchanged when allocating undistributed profit/loss of the current year (for example with a miscellaneous operation).

"Annual profit or annual loss" line sum up P&L from previous years.

Expected behavior:
"Previous years' unallocated profit or loss" llne title is either misleading or the line should only account for previous years unallocated P&L. If it reports current year P&L, it should also take into account the allocation of current year undistributed profit/loss.

"Annual profit or annual loss" line should account only for current year P&L.
