[Wishlist] account: Add tracking for business fields on Bank statement

Current behavior: There is no tracking on any the field.

Expected behavior: There should be tracking on the fields so we can track useful fields

I found this very useful for tracking purpose.

I personally not, as this is usually populated by other mean, like importing statement or bringing it via online, but I let @qdp-odoo to give his opinion.
