[14.0][BUG] Payment not reconcile properly against invoice

Steps to reproduce: Please see reference video

Current behavior: Payment not properly reconciled against invoice when invoice is in secondary currency and payment in company currency. please see reference video

Expected behavior: payment should be properly reconciled against invoice and invoice should be getting paid.
