[12.0] mrp: MO BOM keep parent element while a sub-bom (of type kit) is present #60393

Impacted versions: 12

Steps to reproduce:

Create a MO for a product with a BOM
Change sub-BOM of an element of the BOM (ie. set BOM-type as kit and ad a component
Update MO

Current behavior:
The new element in the sub-BOM is added to the MO BOM
The original BOM element is still present in the MO BOM

Expected behavior:
The new element in the sub-BOM is added to the MO BOM
The original BOM element is deleted from the MO BOM
