When I switch companies via the dropdown in the top right corner and am in the contacts view, I am getting this error. Even as administrator.
The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.
(Document type: Contact, Operation: read) - (Records: [3044], User: 2)
I think this is just related to the fact that the new company tries to open the contacts from the view of the previous company. This fails of course. Better would be that this action, just opens the default contact view.

Switching to YourCompany, searching in contacts for Azure, switching back to YourCompany is ok, no Azure contacts. However the create click results in the error listed above.
contact creation and multi companies rights seem to be active.
