Missing translation "now" and "is typing" in webchat (web portal side)

Impacted versions: Odoo 12, community

Steps to reproduce:

• switch to a new language and override existing terms;
• refresh the page;
• make a log-in via web portal;
• open the web chat and start typing;

Current behavior:

When you add/switch a language, the web chat doesn't translate everything correctly. Indeed, on the web portal side, the words "now" and "is typing" remain untranslated.

Expected behavior:

"Now" and "is typing" should be translated, as it happens in the chat in the back-end side.
