Consumable added to PO during KIT demand #65471

Impacted versions: v13

Steps to reproduce:

Make a product (Storable) - Make a BOM Kit - One produce Storable, One product Consumable; Make product route Manufacture; Reorder rule 0/0/1
Sell the product
Run the scheduler

Current behavior:

A PO is generated for BOTH the Storable and the Consumable product

Expected behavior:

Only Storable products should be on POs generated from MO - Just like if I sell the Consumable directly
