Employee Name's Link not redirecting to HR Employee public view

Impacted versions:
Odoo14
Steps to reproduce:

• Create a new user and remove officer permissions under the Employees access section
• Create a new project or sale order and click on any employee or user name link
  

Current behavior:

• Error is displayed trying to redirect to employee screen
  

Expected behavior:

• HR Employee public view should be displayed since the user doesn't have the Officer permissions.

Hi,
I tried reproducing this issue on the newest version of Odoo 14 with test data and I wasn't able to cause this error. Are you sure it isn't an error in your configuration? Or maybe this issue was already solved?
