[13.0,14.0] hr_attendance: Users without attendance group allow create records #68204

Impacted versions: 13.0 + 14.0

Steps to reproduce:

Go to https://runbot.odoo.com/
Create user + employee related and set "Manual Attendance" group.
Login with previously user and go "Check In / Check Out" (in Attendance menu) and copy these link.
Remove "Manual Attendance" access to these user.
Go to "Check In / Check Out" url directly (previously copied).

Current behavior:

It's possible to set check_in and check_out with button.

Expected behavior:

Not possible to set check_in and check_out or button don't show.
