Impacted versions:
13.0 CE
Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to Contacts
Click Configuration
Click Fed. States
Search for Antrim, Armagh, Fermanagh, Tyrone, Londonderry, Down
These are listed in Ireland but are located in Northern Ireland (United Kingdom)

Current behavior:
Mentioned places are listed in Ireland instead of the United Kingdom

Expected behavior:
Mentioned places should have country field set as United Kingdom
