Steps to reproduce:

Login with Sales Person (User: Own Documents Only)
Go to Lead list --> Select Multiple Records --> Action --> Convert to opportunities

Current behavior:

Expected behavior: User should be able to Convert to opportunities with Merge with existing opportunities as Conversion Action
