Odoo 15 Intenal transfer without reconcilliation not working as expected

Impacted versions: 15

Steps to reproduce:Configure Cash journal outstanding receipt account to Cash, and outstanding payment account also to Cash; Configure Bank journal outstanding receipt account to Bank, and outstanding payment account also to Bank. Then do an internal transfer from Cash to Bank

Current behavior: Balances in GL remain unchanged. Looking at the bank and cash report, the Cash account is debited when the Liquidity transfer is credited, then the same Cash account is credited when the Liquidity transfer account is debited. Bank account does not appear anywhere.

Expected behavior: Balance in GL for Cash journal should reduce by transfer amount while Balance in GL for Bank journal should increase by transfer amount
