Impacted versions: 13 CE

Steps to reproduce: Logging in existing Internal Users.

Current behavior: this error "Only employee can access this database. Please contact the administrator." is showing when I try to login existing Internal users, but when I log in to a newly created account, there is no problem.

Expected behavior: Existing users should be able to log in to the database.
