I bricked my Morserino32 while updating firmware

I used python script to update my morserino32 running version 4.5
It was no longer registering encoder rotations.
I updated to m32_v5.1.ino.wifi_lora_32_V2.bin by issuing py update_m32.py -p COM4 -f m32_v5.1.ino.wifi_lora_32_V2.bin -e

It successfully flashes.
But my morserino does not reboot. or Turn on.

What can I do to restore?
