Add glossary

[p-snft]

The description of one term (i.e. a set) is rendered in various places. Thus, it cannot be defined as a glossary. (Sphinx will complain about one term being defined multiple times.) To solve this, definitions might be moved to one file and imported, one times as glossary, the other times just as a list.
