[Nexus 5X] Fix camera, move to elementalx

Moved from franco to elemental x. That being said, there were a lot more issues with this kernel not having correct patches or missing patches. I was having flashbacks of the Nexus 9 while working on this. Either way, whoever put this kernel together seems to have left out some fixes.
