Link redirects to a non existing page.

Repro steps:

Go to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/store/validation-policies
Search for "SharePoint Add-in design guidelines"
Click on the link

Actual results:
Link redirects to a non existing page
Expected results:
Link should redirect to a existing page
