Founded date for company only lets you set the year

The date selector for Founded date (within General settings) does not let you select an actual date. It only lets you select a year.

@OrinSafko it's true. It's a deliberate decision. I wondered whether knowing the exact date was important for companies. Do you think it's important to know the full date?

@djaiss I don't think the exact date is necessary. However, the wording makes it sound like the user should be inputting the complete date. I would like to suggest a change in the wording.

I would suggest that the heading be "Year Founded" instead of "Founded Date."

Next, this should be changed from "Date the company has been founded" to "Year the company was founded."

Finally, the button should say "Change year" instead of "Change date."

Making those changes will make it obvious to the user that the system is not asking for the entire date, but just the year.

I got back to officelifehq again for its simplicity and clean UI. and stumbled upon this "founded date" wording, sort of confusing as it only allows the year. The wording needs to be changed.
