This is the first set of patches that simply rename internal header files from fi_XXX to ofi_XXX. There are no changes to the files themselves (simply git mv'ed), and all references to the renamed files are mindlessly updated.
A few files still need to be renamed, which will be updated tomorrow and added to this PR. Posting this for general comments and CI testing.
