master 병합 후, locations와 midpoint 테이블에 h_city 컬럼 추가 및 풀텍스트 인덱스 생성

고민점: address, city, h_city 전부 풀텍스트 인덱스를 넣다보니 인덱스 크기도 커지고 겹치는 부분 문자열도 많아지는데 이를 어떻게 최적화할지
