Currently generate-themes-doc fails to fetch the README.md file for themes that have the '.git' suffix in their database URL.
A simple
sedreplace solves this issue.(Replacing #232. The code changed a little bit. Also regenerated Themes.md, which hadn't been updated in a long while)
