Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For palliative care, it is important to keep track of the assets that they loan out to patients.

The palliative care organisations usually keep stock of the following assets and loan to it patients as needed.

  • Water bed
  • Wheelchairs
  • Air bed
  • Walker
  • Crutches
  • Adjustable cot
  • Stool commode
  • Backrest
  • Tripod
  • Water cushion
  • air cushion
  • specialised cushion
  • Electronic wheel chair
  • Oxygen concentrators
  • BiPAP
  • Oxygen cylinders
  • Foot drop preventive device
  • CP chair
  • DVT pump

Describe the solution you'd like
These assets may be registered in the asset module of care and linked to the patients it is loaned to.

  • Allow linking of non-ventilator assets to patients. More than one asset may be linked to a patient
  • On the asset page, show which patient it is linked to. An asset may be linked to only one patient at a time

Good to have:
Also, enable tracking the movement of assets from one hospital to another. The fields to mark such movement is now hidden on CARE. This will allow org 1 to rent out assets to Org 2 which may be allocated by Org 2 to its patients.

@gigincg Is "Linkage" the right feature for this? It is presently being used to link ventilators to patients.
