Removed duplicates:

- opengl-ada

- ada-base
- ada-net-framework

Added new projects:

- AXMPP
- dcf-ada
- weechat-ada

- weechat-emoji

Renamed some sections:

- "Networking" to "Networking and Communication Middlware"
