Is there an survey_response/read urn to get the survey_key (response uuid) values using the column based json output? I can't find it...

No, you can only get the UUID with json-rows output.

No, I will add it to our 2.10 to-do list. We are going to get rid of the return_id parameter and replace it with a column in the column_list parameter.
