What do you guys think of ggpush/ggpull/ggpnp having taking an optional remote argument defaulting to origin?

I'd say that's cool. You'd have to transform them into functions instead, but I think we could all benefit from that. Care to submit a PR?

Thanks. Id love to but Im not very good at zsh thats why i use oh my zsh :)
