feat(terraform): add workspace aliases

Changes:

• add alias for tfiu to init and upgrade all local providers by ignoring the existing and replacing the terraform lock file
  • this is very common when working with providers that update frequently such as the aws provider
• add alias for tw and tws workspace commands to interact with workspaces and easily switch between them
