Don't show Donation Banner on Login Screen #104

For OAuth, I redirect people to the login screen. But then the donation banner shows up and the user has to scroll all the way to the bottom. The banner itself is great and I like it. But I think it should not be on that page: https://fragdenstaat.de/account/login/
