The individual weightings of the genes in the 18-gene signature have been published in a patent filing, which can be found by a Google search on this number: WO2016094377 (Claim 21 a+c and Claim 23).

I received this answer from the original authors, not sure if we should display the weightings in compute_Tcell_inflamed.R

Ok, I am no lawyer, so I cannot make a call in here.
How did you obtain the weights, if they were in a publication I don't see that much of a problem...

The weights were indeed available in Table S2B from Cristescu R, et al. Pan-tumor genomic biomarkers for PD-1 checkpoint blockade-based immunotherapy. Science. (2018) 362:eaar3593. doi: 10.1126/science.aar3593

So I think a proper citation should be fine!
