Siemens is KIND "conductance" not "resistance" #75

Siemens is a measurement of conductance (@@kinds[312058]).

It is the inverse of Ohm, which is a measurement of resistance (@@kinds[-312058]).

...for some reason, at the moment both KINDS 312058 and -312058 are labeled as "resistance" (although they are the inverses of each other)...
