The mobile menu button broke in FoundationPress when using Foundation 6.3.1. The problem is the 'title-bar' needs to have the 'data-responsive-toggle' set to the same ID as the button 'data-toggle' value. Solves #951.

@EricRihlmann : Thanks for your recent PR's. Actually the build fails because of an update in the WordPress Coding Standards repo, and not because of anything you did. Just haven't had the time to fix it yet. Will look into it shortly.

@olefredrik No problem, I went ahead and fixed all of the build errors in PR #956.
