Default for separator between folders should be pagebreak, it currently is an empty line. I imagine folders are meant to be chapters, so pagebreaks make more sense here.

I've tried setting this to custom things like "\f" and "\newpage" and "\m", but that just makes it worse. I can't figure out how to separate chapters with page breaks. Thanks!

Nevermind. I adjusted my folder structure and it's working as I would expect now. Must have just been a header level issue.
