Add instructions to easily install specific versions on faq.md #4084

This PR adds a new question to faq.md on how to install specific versions of ollama using VER_PARAM env variable.

Might be useful when trying to install release candidates versions or switching between versions easily, and I could not find any info on how to do that in the current docs.
