Add theme for portrait screen formats

Add one or two themes where the native resolution is 360x640, and the radar and console views are placed side by side, either above or below the main view. The engine does support horizontal LED bars, so unless I'm forgetting something, everything should already be in place to implement this entirely as a theme.

Caveat: There's not quite room for a full height view of the map in the radar, but that shouldn't really matter, as long as the radar is in scrolling mode.
