Polyfuse

Install Polyfuse By the Following Directions:

1. git clone git@github.com:olopade-lab/polyfuse.git
2. cd polyfuse
3. pip install . #OR FOR DEVS pip install -e .

After activating your environment, you may still not be able to import polyfuse inside of a jupyter notebook. If so, run the following:

1. conda install ipykernel
2. python3 -m ipykernel install --user --name=polyfuse
