This PR updates the structure of your package for compatibility with rstantools moving forwards. The changes include:

  • Moving stan files to inst/stan
  • Removing stanmodels.R and tools/make_cc.R, as these are handled automatically by rstantools
  • Removing any existing generated c++, as this is handled automatically by rstantools
