A GUI of OpenCV's VideoWiter module using Windows Forms in C++ on Visual Studio.
VIDEO_URL = Path to any video or URL e.g. rtsp://admin:admin123@192.168.100.15/1
SaveTo = Path where to save the video(.avi).
Chunks = Time after which a chunk of video will be written on disk. Videos will be saved with time/date stamp.
