With the migration of our minimal Ansible version to 2.8, the reboot module should now be available.

This module could probably be used in https://github.com/ome/ansible-role-reboot-server/blob/master/tasks/reboot-server.yml. In the case where reboot_server_always set to true, it is possible that this role is now completely superseded by the upstream module.
