List formats by domain

Each supported file format has one or more imaging domains associated with it. To print the list of formats associated with each imaging domain:

domainlist

The command does not accept any arguments. The known image domains are defined by:

  • ASTRONOMY_DOMAIN <loci/formats/FormatTools.html#ASTRONOMY_DOMAIN>
  • EM_DOMAIN <loci/formats/FormatTools.html#EM_DOMAIN>
  • FLIM_DOMAIN <loci/formats/FormatTools.html#FLIM_DOMAIN>
  • GEL_DOMAIN <loci/formats/FormatTools.html#GEL_DOMAIN>
  • GRAPHICS_DOMAIN <loci/formats/FormatTools.html#GRAPHICS_DOMAIN>
  • HCS_DOMAIN <loci/formats/FormatTools.html#HCS_DOMAIN>
  • HISTOLOGY_DOMAIN <loci/formats/FormatTools.html#HISTOLOGY_DOMAIN>
  • LM_DOMAIN <loci/formats/FormatTools.html#LM_DOMAIN>
