Deposit hot wallet funds into plasma #1163

Overview

Be able to deposit hot wallet funds into plasma

Go to blockchain wallets page -> hot wallet -> transfer dropdown button -> network deposit

after deposit i start 3 second poll to check confirmation status so balances in the table will update a couple seconds after the deposit
on redux side: added a way to process multiple promises in one action call

make sure elixir-omg running
