Specific Fields ONLY

I am aware that these fields can be chosen, but fields like "address_postal_code" are not here.

Is it possible to get specific fields only that are not included in the fields list?
At the moment I am getting all fields and removing unwanted fields using a script, but would be nice if I don't have to run the script every time.

Was not thinking at all.
Just editing fields.py did the trick.
