Description
Adds the
tool.attribution.ignored_authorsoption that takes a list of strings.These will be passed to
git logas authors to ignore when generating the listof revisions between two tags, and potentially more in the future.
This will make it easy to ignore things like dependabot or pyup commits when
tagging a new release and reviewing the history of changes.
