Notify about checked-in training

Describe the feature

Half an hour before training, I would like to receive a notification to start getting ready, or to remove the check-in in case my plans change.

Suggested solution

Notifications probably have many implementations... I would use a registry of sent and unsent notifications + a while loop with a delay.
