sorry for distrub.
I follow the install instruction, however I failed at make test.

    Start 3: tests_gtest

33% tests passed, 2 tests failed out of 3

Total Test time (real) =  32.31 sec

The following tests FAILED:
      1 - api-c (OTHER_FAULT)
      3 - tests_gtest (Failed)
Errors while running CTest
make: *** [test] Error 8

my cpu is Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2630 v3 @ 2.40GHz

Please refer to this resolved issue. If this is not situation that you experience provide information about OS and compiler you use and test output logs.
