rubyinstaller fails when executed by R1.9.2

The "." is not included in $LOAD_PATH anymore. The patch is available at http://github.com/voxik/rubyinstaller/commit/c2981d76395f7797942aa95ceada78f08cf820d1 . However, also $:.unshift "." could be used instead. I'm not sure which way is better.

You're correct, this was raised in the list.

I will prefer unshift "." instead of changing all these files.

It might be possible other issues with 1.9.2 are required.
