-Upgraded react and react-native packages as there was an issue on in react-native causes build time issue with xcode 11.x versions (facebook/react-native#25138)
-Upgraded minimum deployment target for iOS project to 10.0 to satisfy Onfido iOS SDK requirements
-Set modal presentation style to fullscreen for iOS SDK to use supported supported way of presentation styles.
-Upgraded iOS SDK version to 16.1.0
