We would like to start posting agenda notes more publicly, including meeting notes where possible. Here will be a collection of those agendas, or links out to the agendas

• Linked to Github issue with discussion and accepted design OR link to spec that describes this work.
• Updated relevant documentation
• Re-reviewed Files changed in the Github PR explorer
• Added appropriate labels
