Audio playback on toggle on but not on toggle off

Hi guys,

Just started playing with this for installation as part of a 'butler panel' system in a few weeks time (part of a bar/restaurant table service call system).

The audio feature is brilliant, but my button is a toggle. I would like an audio file to play when the button is toggled on, but not when it is toggled off. Can this be implemented?

Hi Ben,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

By default, the trigger for playback should only occur with the on state.
We will look to resolve this and add a property to allow the user to specify on, off or both.

Resolved in version 2.2.3. You can now also define which state will trigger playback.

Works now when the button is pressed in the app.

I've just tested it with a state change OSC trigger using the API. The button is toggling on as expected but no sound plays on either state change.

Not sure whether this is a bug or an oversight but is definitely a request!

Yes, it is correct that the control's actions/playback do not trigger.
If this is something you are interested in, please could you open a new discussion and provide a bit of info on what you are aiming to achieve.
