Re-play of audio assigned to a button when triggered via API

Is it possible to add in a feature whereby a user can re-trigger an audio file already assigned to a button by sending another repeat request via the API.

eg.

1. An audio trigger is sent with the on state: /ctrl/control//trigger 1 audio
2. (The control button remains on and is not set to off by a user).
3. After 30 seconds the same command as in 1. is sent and the sound plays again.
4. (The user then switches off the control button).

@bailesandlight We've added a force flag -f that you can add to the OSC strings to allow re-triggering to v2.2.11.
For the example given above this would be /ctrl/control/<UID>/trigger 1 audio -f.
To allow audio/video too restart immediately you will need to set Properties > Playback Trigger Mode to Restart.
